Global consulting firm Mercer has appointed Pradeep Mukerjee as Country Head & Chief Executive Officer for India. Mukherjee will join Mercer Consulting effective September 2, 2013 in his new post.
Mukerjee joins Mercer from Confluence Coaching and Consulting, which he established in 2007 as the Founding Director.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he held a number of leadership roles in India and overseas at Citigroup. His last assignment with Citigroup was as Human Resources Director and Vice President, Citigroup, South Asia.
