Paliwal to quit ABB, named CEO of Harman Intl

Dinesh Paliwal, president, global markets and technology and member of the group executive committee, will leave the ABB Group at the end of June.

According to a release on the website of ABB India, Paliwal will assume responsibility as chief executive officer (CEO) of US-based audio equipment maker Harman International Industries.

Paliwal assumed the role of chairman of ABB India in 2004, and has guided and supported the Indian operations through a period of significant growth.
