Plans another two new service apartments in city.
Radhika Inn, the branded chain of luxurious service apartments from Nashik-based construction company Radhika Buildcon Pvt Ltd, has opened its first Luxurious Service Apartment in Nashik city. The company is planning to open another two new service apartment projects in Nashik in the next 18 months.
With the launch of its first project in Nashik, Radhika Buildcon has now entered the service apartment segment. The company has set up a separate subsidiary ‘Radhika Inn Service Apartments’ to develop and run its chain of service apartments.
Service apartment is a concept, which is changing the face of the hospitality industry.
Service apartments are fully furnished apartments or an executive home that forms an alternative to hotel accommodation.
“We have opened our first luxurious service apartment project with 12 suit rooms, in the city. This is our pilot project and we are planning to open another two new luxurious service apartments in Nashik in the next 18 months. Our aim is to offer star hotel-like ‘service apartments’ at cheap rates for business class people,” Nandkumar Malpani, Chairman, Radhika Inn Service Apartments, said at a press conference here.
Radhika Inn’s first service apartment project, which is located near Sambhaji Stadium in Ashwin Nagar area, offers suit rooms. All suit rooms have spacious living & bedroom with world class amenities and a compact kitchen. All rooms have access to balconies, abundant natural light and cross ventilation.
