Realtor Kanchhal Group today announced the launch of an integrated township project in Lucknow.
The project 'Rose Heights' spread over 18,883 sq mt would be developed on Lucknow-Rae Bareli highway. Only 21 per cent of the land mass would be used for construction and the rest would comprise open and green space.
"The company would invest Rs 100 crore in the project over the next 3 years," Group founder and former Rajya Sabha MP Banwarilal Kanchhal said here.
The 2-3 BHK housing apartments would cater to all income groups and carry price tags of Rs 32 lakh to Rs 46 lakh.
