To deliver value in customer outsourcing projects, Infosys Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Vishal Sikka has chosen to monitor about 1,000 such projects.
According to a report in The Economic Times, he has met 1,000 of the company’s project managers across the world and discussed with them the ways to improve value and find high-value work.

The idea is to boost the company’s revenue and attract big-project customers.
Infosys, India’s second-largest IT services provider, is currently running about 23,000 customer projects across the globe.

Sikka believes engaging with top clients will benefit the company at a large scale. The CEO is also understood to have interacted with some of the engineers and programmers of the company and sought their feedback on the projects.
