2G scam: SC seeks response for not booking Essar, Loop

Supreme Court today has sought response from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for not booking telecom companies Essar, Loop and their promoters under Prevention of Corruption Act in 2G case.

The apex court has also issued notices to CBI and ED on allegations that Law Ministry is influencing the probe in favour of telecom companies.
