Finance Bill will be passed in Parliament before March 31: Arun Jaitley

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Tuesday said this year's Finance Bill will be passed in the Parliament before March 31.

Jaitley made the announcement while addressing the financial advisors of various ministers.

The Finance Minister also released the revised general financial rules during the address.

Finance Bill is a secret bill that is introduced every year in Lok Sabha after the presentation of the Union Budget by the Finance Minister.

Finance Bill is introduced to give effect to the financial proposals made by the Government of India in the Union Budget.
