Subhash Chandra Garg, former Finance secretary
Garg had in July last year, formally sought voluntary retirement from his service, hours after the government issued orders transferring him to the Ministry of Power.

A year after his voluntary retirement from the service, former finance secretary claimed that he did not share a “good and productive” working relationship with Finance Minister and she was among the key reasons for his abrupt exit from the government.
