Millionaires & people charged with criminal cases seeking Rajya Sabha membership

Financial and muscle power seem to be playing a large role in the Rajya Sabha elections. All parties have fielded millionaires, with BJP candidates having the largest average wealth. Its candidate from Bihar, Ravindra Kishore Sinha, declared the highest assets of Rs 857.11 crore.
