Raha Takes Over As Cmd Of Ongc

Subir Raha today took over as the chairman and managing director of the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).

The post had fallen vacant following the superannuation of B C Bora on April 30.

Subir Raha, who was director (human resources) of Indian oil Corporation, was inducted as a director of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation in October 2000 when there was an equity swap between Indian oil Corporation and ONGC.
