Trai Seeks Feedback On Internet Services

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) has decided to obtain online feedback from customers on the quality of Internet services.
Trai had earlier set benchmarks for quality of Internet services in December 2001. The latest move comes after consumer groups complained of poor services by Internet service providers (ISPs).
