Indusind Bank allots share under stock option scheme
Private sector bank has alloted 73,082 equity shares under the scheme

Private sector Indusind Bank today said it has alloted 73,082 equity shares to those who had exercised the option under the Employee Stock Option Scheme.
"Indusind Bank has informed that the company has allotted 73,082 equity shares of Rs 10 each on December 7, 2012 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the company's employee Stock Option Scheme," it said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The said shares will rank 'pan passu' with the existing shares of the company in all respect, it added.
The scheme gives the option to the whole-time directors, officers or employees of a company to purchase or subscribe at a future date, the securities offered by the company at a pre-determined price.
The bank scrip closed at Rs 411.40 on the BSE, down 3.45% from the previous close.
