Lakshmi Vilas Bank raises Rs 168 cr through QIP

Lakshmi Vilas Bank has raised Rs 167.8 crore through qualified institutional placement (QIP), in an issue opened on December 28, 2016. 

Equity shares were priced at Rs 140 including a premium of Rs 130 per share and the issue was closed on December 31, said the Bank.
