President to deliver New Year message to students and faculty of Central Universities, IITs, NITs and other institutions through Video Conferencing

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will deliver through Video Conferencing a New Year Message to the students and faculty of Central Universities, IITs, NITs and other institutions using the National Knowledge Network from Rashtrapati Bhavan tomorrow (January 19, 2015).
