US identifies 96 Russia's richest as 'oligarchs', sanctions on the way

Following are some of the named people and who are close to Russia President Vladimir Putin

The US identified 96 of Russia’s richest people as “oligarchs” and singled out 114 top figures from the government and state companies. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin pointed toward sanctions.
