IIM Indore joins hand with ICFL to offer programmes for working executives

Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the ICICI Direct Centre for Financial Learning (ICFL) to offer contemporary and focused programmes in finance for working professionals.
ICFL is a knowledge initiative of ICICI Securities Limited, which is one of the leading providers of financial literacy, capital markets, financial planning and wealth management.
The alliance intends to create a knowledge partnership between IIM Indore and ICFL and the programmes will help mid- to senior-level working professionals upgrade their skills as per the current dynamic environment, said IIM faculty.
"We can work together for mutual benefits of both the institutions. ICFL will get all the needed support from IIM Indore in strengthening these academic and training programmes through the institute generated knowledge and research," said Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director, IIM Indore.
The programmes include short duration Management Development Programme (MDP), an e-learning variant of the MDP (e-MDP) and Long Duration Programme (LDP).
“We believe that this unique industry-academia association would create value for professionals as the programmes offer right mix of academics and a practitioner’s perspective,” said Vineet Arora, Executive Vice-President, Head - Product and Distribution, ICICI Securities.
