The top five deals this month accounted for 80% of the total investment in terms of deal value. The largest deal of this year was Centerbridge Partners investing $1,157 million in Senvion SE for a 100% stake from Suzlon Energy, while International Finance Corp and GIC Special Investments invested $259 million in Kolkata-based Bandhan Financial Services
