In a bid to spread awareness about the dedicated exchange for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), BSE SME Exchange, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) is approaching various business organisations and trade bodies to seek help in reaching out to SME units.
BSE is planning to start the SME Exchange by September, providing SMEs a platform for raising money from the equity market. As part of several promotional measures, BSE would associate with various business organisations including SMEs and industry associations.
Recently, some of the top BSE officials visited Rajkot to meet SMEs. The officials approached Rajkot Engineering Association (REA) for seeking their help in spreading awareness about the SME Exchange.
