FIIs net buy Rs 404 cr, DIIs net sell Rs 400 cr

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 404.09 crore (provisional) today, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 3,143.25 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,739.16 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs 400.12 crore today. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,187.88 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,588 crore.

FIIs were net buyers of Rs 558.40 crore on Monday, August 16, according to data released by Sebi today. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,781.50 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,223.10 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net sellers of Rs 334 crore on Monday. MFs made purchases of Rs 410.50 crore and sales of Rs 744.50 crore.
