The change in shareholding pattern of foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) influenced stock prices during the quarter ended March 2022. Sample this: 594 companies where they increased their stake saw an average stock price increase of 2.3 per cent, while 689 companies where they decreased their stake saw an average price decline of 2.7 per cent.
