Indian ADRs end in red

Indian ADRs drop mostly on Tuesday as global markets falter.

Wipro shed 4.2% to $13.12. Sterlite slipped 3% to $14.10.

Infosys, Dr Reddy's and MTNL dropped 2% each. Genpact, Tata Motors and Tata Communications were down 1.3% each. Other losers included Patni Computers and ICICI Bank.

However, HDFC Bank bucked trends and gained 0.7% to $157.06.
