Lead edges down by 0.3% on global cues

Subdued domestic demand brought down the prices

Press Trust of India New Delhi
Lead futures for April shed 35 paise, or 0.31%, to Rs 113 per kg in 1,308 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the May contract fell by similar margin to Rs 113.80 per kg in 84 lots.

Besides subdued domestic demand, weak trend in base metals at the London Metal Exchange (LME) on demand concerns, mainly put pressure on the lead futures trade here.
