Maize prices improved by Rs 3 to Rs 1,266 per quintal in futures trading today following fresh buyuing by traders.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, maize prices for most active December contract improved by Rs 3, or 0.24%, to Rs 1,266 per quintal, in an open interest of 22,540 lots.
Current November contract also gained by Rs 2, or 0.16%, to Rs 1,277 per quintal, with an open interest of 14,420 lots.
