MCA orders inspection of NSEL, FT books

Inspection has been ordered into the books of Financial Technologies and NSEL to check whether these entities violated any rule under the Companies Act, according to a senior corporate affairs ministry official. Under the Companies Act, the ministry can order inspection of books of account of companies.
