Sensex ends flat

In dull trade, the BSE Sensex ended flat, up 13 points at 16,751.73, ahead of the RBI’s monetary policy review and a sell-off in Reliance Industries after a dip in its third quarter profits. The NSE Nifty ended 2.4 points down at 5,046.25.
