Sensex rebounds, up 13pts; L&T gains 3%

The NSE Nifty is down nine points at 5,219.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has surged nearly 3% to Rs 3,230. Maruti and Reliance Energy have moved up 2.4% each to Rs 806 and Rs 1,560, respectively.

ICICI Bank has advanced 1.3% to Rs 948, and Reliance Communications has added 1% to Rs 566.

SBI and Tata Motors have shed 2.3% each to Rs 1,782 and Rs 674, respectively.

Wipro has dropped 1.4% to Rs 495. TCS and Mahindra & Mahindra are up 1% each at Rs 932 and Rs 684, respectively.
