Sugar millgate prices remain flat in thin trade

Steady conditions developed on the wholesale sugar market today as prices moved in a narrow range on alternate small bouts of trading and settled around previous levels.

Market analysts said adequate stocks position against sporadic demand mainly kept sugar prices steady.

Sugar ready M-30 2,950-3,050 and S-30 2,925-3,040
Mill delivery M-30 2,750-2,925 and S-30 2,725-2,900
