Simultaneous raids were carried out at nine addresses in the city as part of a probe launched by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in Eskisehir.
Later in a separate incident at Istanbul, police arrested 51IS suspects, all foreign nationals, another source said.
Police conducted simultaneous raids in six districts of Istanbul and seized numerous documents and digital materials linked to the terrorist group, the source added.
