Apologise, but don't support vulgarity, says Anjan

Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Atul Anjan on Thursday apologised for the controversial statement that he made at a public rally in Uttar Pradesh, claiming that actor Sunny Leone's condom advertisements promote rapes in the country.
"Supporters of porn and Sunny Leone are raising objections, I apologise but I don't stands for such vulgar advertisements" Anjan told ANI
He said Sunny Leone is projecting vulgarity, and I oppose it, but respect others who have different views.
"Advertisements should be sober, Sunny Leone's ads are vulgar. I am not anti-condom, but the language used in the ad is not right", Anjan added.
