Looks like Sophia Bush and her 'Chicago P.D.' co-star Jesse Lee Soffer have decided to re-kindle their romance as they were recently spotted holding hands in the New York City.

The 33-year-old actress, who was involved in an innocent PDA with Soffer, was seen wearing a tank dress and sneakers, completing her look with Made Eyewear's Clark sunnies, reports E! Online.

Meanwhile, the 31-year-old actor echoed her cazh style and wore a light blue button down and denim pants.

The duo called off their relationship on June after dating for an year.
