A new study has revealed that 74 percent of size 16 women are pleased with their appearance, which is twice more than their size 6 counterparts.
The research done by online retailer Littlewoods.com has found that women with "Marilyn Monroe figures" have more confidence, while 52 percent of size six women would like to be curvier, the Daily Star reported.
The study has revealed that half of yo-yo dieters said they were happier being a larger size than when skinny, as they want to look like Nigella Lawson or Beyonce, who top the list of curvy celebs.
According to the research, Lawson was voted the curvy celebrity Brit women most envy, followed by Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, and Christina Hendricks.
The survey which was done on 2,000 women has found that those who belong to size 14-18 had a more positive frame of mind about their bodies, while those sized six to 10 were much more critical of their appearance.
The research also suggested that smaller women are envious of "sexy" curves and 35 percent of them wished for a fuller figure.
