Car turns turtles in Mumbai, six killed, three injured

At least six were killed and three others were injured after a car they were travelling in turned turtle in Mumbai's Dongri area, on the Eastern Freeway on Saturday.

The mishap was reported around 9 a.m.

There were nine people travelling in a cab-- three women, two children and four men.

The injured have been admitted to the J.J. Hospital. The condition of two's reported to be critical.

The taxi driver was also injured.

The accident led to a massive traffic jam. Pydhonie Traffic Police reached on the spot to extract the victims from the wreckage.
