A delegation of Christian dignitaries on Wednesday called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi to greet him on Christmas Eve.
Among the personages present were Archbishop Anil J. T. Couto of Delhi, former Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam MP Vasanthi Stanley and representatives of the Rashtriya Isai Mahasangh.
The official twitter account of the Prime Minister's Office tweeted about the meeting between Prime Minister Modi and the delegation.
"Several Christian delegations called on Shri Narendra Modi and greeted him on the eve of Christmas Day," the office wrote, also posting a picture of the meeting.
