Delhi Dialogue Commission, AAP, Manish Sisodia, Arvind Kejriwal

The Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government on Friday announced that a 'Delhi Dialogue Commission' would be set up to look after the gaps and loopholes in governance.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia briefing the media in this regard said the 'Delhi Dialogue Commission' will consist of task forces.

"These task forces will go in the public and take ideas from them regarding different issues and look for solutions," Sisodia told a press conference here.

"This commission will look how to include advanced technology from top to bottom in governance and experts will be consulted in-terms of education, health, industry, electricity, pollution, water...." he added. (ANI)

 

Sisodia said Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be the chairman and Ashish Khetan will be the vice-chairman of Delhi Dialogue Commission.

"The first meeting of the Delhi Dialogue Commission will be held either on Monday or Tuesday next week," he added.

Sisodia further said that the Delhi Dialogue Commission will have nine members including two nominated by the chairman.
