Farooq Abdullah removed as J&K Cricket Association chief

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah has reportedly been removed from his position as the J&K Cricket Association chief on Monday.
Imran Raza Ansari, the J&K sports minister, will replace the ageing patron of National Conference.
Meanwhile, Abdullah, who has been acting as the JKCA President since 1980, has termed his ouster as illegal.
The state's cricket body has been accused of misappropriation of funds received from BCCI.
