First coed naked yoga studio opens in NYC

The first coed naked yoga studio has been opened in New York.

Owners of 'Bold and Naked', Joschi Schwarz and Monika Werner said that the new form of yoga allows participants to find a deeper connection with the world around them, Outside Magazine reported.

According to the website, practicing yoga in the nude allows participants to shed their clothes along with the masks and labels they hide behind all day, and it also frees them from negative feelings about their body.

The studio offers various combinations of clothed, naked, same sex, and coed classes.
