Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has formally inducted over 400 management and design trainees after a stringent selection process.
The traineess were inducted as officers at a convocation program on Saturday.Some of them have graduated from NITs, IITs and other premier engineering and management institutes.
Dr. R.K. Tyagi, Chairman, HAL, urged the new inductees to start contributing to the company's progress. "This is a defining moment for the country and you have all the opportunity to make your presence felt in India's defence preparedness", he said.
The trainees belong to 41st batch of HAL and are posted to Korwa, Lucknow, Kanpur, Koraput, Nasik, Hyderabad, Barrackpore and Bangalore.
V.M. Chamola, Director (HR), pointed out that organization is as good as its people.
