A five-member delegation from Brazil on Friday called on Minister of State for Home Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary in the national capital.
The visiting dignitaries expressing keenness in learning of India's experience in initiatives like the National Population Register (NPR), to which Chaudhary assured them of all possible help with the same.
The delegation, which is led by Brazil Supreme Electoral Court president Justice Dias Toffoli, also showed interest in other schemes like the Unique Identity Authority of India (UIDAI) and the Electors Photo Identity Cards (EPIC), as well as the methodology adopted and the cost effectiveness of the programmes.
