Indo-Pak DG-level talks to be held today

The Director General-level talks between India's Border Security Forces (BSF) and Pakistan's Rangers (PR) will be held here today.

BSF Director General DK Pathak will meet his counterpart PR chief Major General Umar Farooq Burki to discuss the controversial issues between the two forces.

The development comes after the National Security Adviser (NSA)-level talks, scheduled to be held in Delhi on August 23-24, were cancelled as Pakistan insisted on meeting the Kashmiri separatists.
