Caribbean coach Phil Simmons feels that Australia will be affected by the absence of their opening batsman Chris Rogers during the first Test in Dominica starting from Wednesday.
Simmons said that Rogers' withdrawal from the first Test because of a concussion could cause problems for the tourists, news.com.au reported.
Simmons said that the left-hander was a very important part of the Australian batting line-up.
He insisted that Rogers have been like glue there with the others coming around and playing a lot of shots, adding that could be a big miss for them.
Rogers was struck on the helmet by a net bowler and has been ruled out of the Dominica Test.
