Italy irked with Austrian pub's mafia themed menu

Italy has reportedly registered a complaint with the Austrian authorities against a Vienna pub for selling Panini named after Mafia bosses on their menu, along with other sandwiches that makes fun of Italians killed by Sicilian mobsters.
The foreign ministry said on Saturday that Italy's charge d'affaires in Vienna had to intervene in the issue to sensitise local authorities, including the city of Vienna and the finance ministry, News.com.au reported.
The ministry asserted that another sandwich on the menu, named after Giovanni Falcone, a prosecutor killed by a Mafia bombing in 1992, with the description saying that Falcone was 'grilled' like a wurstel, was highly offensive to his memory and is 'unacceptable'.
