The L.A. County District Attorney has let off Justin Beiber for the second time in the case in which a paparazzo accused him of a hit-and-run.
The photographer allegedly got pinned in between Beiber's Ferrari and a parked car when Beiber was leaving a nightclub in West Hollywood last month, TMZ reported.
It was revealed that Beiber left the spot and the paparazzo filed a police report.
The LAPD had initially cleared Beiber, but apparently cops decided to take a second look and sent the case for review to the D.A, but now the case has been rejected a second time.
Prosecutors claimed that there was "insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured".
