Veteran Bollywood actor Kader Khan promoted gangster flick 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobara' here.

The movie is a sequel to the 2010 hit thriller 'Once Upon a time in Mumbai', which depicted the power struggle between a smuggler and a younger gangster in the 1970s.

But unlike its prequel, the film is about love and war between two gangsters.

Kader Khan said the trend of sequels in Indian cinema has come to stay, and should not be seen as lack of talent among script writers.

Khan's son Sarfaraz Khan is playing the role of best friend to an underworld don, played by Bollywood star Akshay Kumar.

"It's a feather in my hat. I was privileged enough that I did this movie. I got an opportunity to work with the...(sic) production; I worked for the first time with Milan (director of the movie, Milan Luthria) and Akshay (Bollywood star, Akshay Kumar). I am here to work, and wish to work with everyone," said Sarfaraz Khan.

The film stars actors Akshay Kumar, Imran Khan and actress Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles and was released in film halls on August 15.
