Kimye refuse YouTube's offer to donate to settle lawsuit over engagement video

Kim Kardashian and fiance Kanye West, who had filed a lawsuit against YouTube founder Chad Hurley for leaking their engagement video before they aired it on their reality show, have refused Hurley's offer to donate a huge sum to charity as a settlement.

A source close to the situation told Radar Online that Hurley wanted to make a donation to a charity just to make it go away.

But the couple didn't want the money to go to a charity, and they want it to go directly to them, the insider added.
