Kumar Vishwas congratulates Nehwal on achieving World No. 1 ranking in Badminton

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Kumar Vishwas on Sunday congratulated ace shuttler Saina Nehwal for achieving the World No.1 ranking in badminton.

"I would like to congratulate her. She has made us very proud. Everyone's blessing is with her and she is truly India's daughter," said Kumar Vishwas.

Nehwal achieved the number one rank after the reigning world champion Carolina Marin of Spain lost to Ratchanok Intanon of Thailand in the India Open semi-finals.

However, the official rankings will be out only on Thursday next week.
