Sources revealed that the 18-year-old Ralph Lauren model really loves Chiara DiGiallorenzo and has finally decided to pull the plug on his relation with Lohan, Radar Online reported.
He got the Miami college student's name tattooed on his arm to profess his love for her and win her back.
