Lindsay Lohan's alleged stalker, who thinks he's her husband and claims to talk to her every day via social media, floods her with thousands of text messages.
According to the Mirror, the man named Daniel Vorderwulbecke, 37, supposedly punched a doorman who stopped him from seeing the 28-year-old actress, who was in the midst of her rehearsal for her West End debut in David Mamet's 'Speed-The-Plow' at London's Playhouse Theatre.
A brief hearing took place at the Westminster Magistrates Court, where the trial was adjourned until January 15 for further reports on mental health of Vorderwulbecke, who calls himself King Lionheart and had previously been arrested and bailed for harassing the actress was absent.
Prosecutor Darren Watts has been trying to have his bail conditions changed in order to refrain him to contact the actress directly or indirectly, however magistrate Avrill Newman refused to change bail conditions.
She said that the defendant, who's been charged with assault, harassment and criminal damage, would be tried on 15 January with a pre trial hearing on November 27.
Vorderwulbecke would be staying at the psychiatric hospital Gordon Hospital accompanied by a medical officer, who would ensure his attendance at court and make sure he didn't harm any witnesses.
