Lindsay Lohan and Matt Nordgren have split just one week after they started dating.

Sources revealed that their work schedules and the distance was the reason behind the break-up, Us Magazine reported.

Sources added that the 30-year old reality TV star really likes and respects the 26-year old 'Mean Girls' actress, and thinks that she is back on top, emotionally and physically.

The pair had met seven years ago through mutual pals and continue to be friends.
