Man U stopper De Gea 'nets' Spanish pop star Edurne

Manchester United goalie David de Gea is dating a Spanish pop star Edurne Garcia Almagro, it has been revealed.

The Old Trafford shot stopper has been dating the blonde singer since 2009, the Daily Star reported. A source said that recently De Gea seemed to have come of age at Old Trafford and the club might not have had a great start to the season but the goalie has been a revelation with some of his performances.

Madrid-born Edurne is a known pop star in Spain and has previously toured with a stage version of Grease.
