Melanie Chisholm has revealed that she doesn't let her 5-year-old daughter Scarlet, who is a "big fan" of Rihanna, watch the 26-year-old singer's "too sexual" videos.
The 40-year-old former Spice Girl said that she protects her daughter from it while she can, but she's growing up fast, the Mirror reported.
Chisholm, who along with bandmates Melanie Brown, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell coined the phrase "girl power" as a feminist term of empowerment, added that what they did with girl power has gone too far the other way, which defeats the object.
